As a co-founder of the Njombe Innovation Academy, I dedicated myself to empowering youth and fostering social innovation in Tanzania. The academy transforms local challenges into sustainable solutions by equipping young changemakers with the skills and mindset needed to create impactful social enterprises. My role included guiding the academy’s vision, developing learner-centered approaches, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive innovation and community development.
